The best time to visit is in between the beginning of November to the begining March when it is cooler, since it is hot most of the year. Then monsoon season is June to early October and it is hot and dry between March and June. Every city is different but overall this is the average. (India is normally a very hot, dry, and dusty place. But, it is sunny most of the time.)
The average temperatures in the winter--December through April-- are between 50 through 59 degrees F. In the summer--April to June-- it is between 90 and 104 degrees F. In their monsoon season (rainy season)--June through September--are between-90 through 104 degrees F. In their Post Monsoon Season--October through December--get windy and the temperatures drop to 83 through 92 degrees F.---It gets dry and cool.
The average rainfall ,or precipitation, in monsoon season it is between 178mm and 451mm. In summer season it is between 22mm and 101mm, on average. In winter season it gets, on average, between 1 and 91mm. in Post Monsoon season it gets between 3 and 290mm(on average).

The weather is, most of the year, sunny and hot...summer: April to June. They have freezing winter nights in November to February in most parts of India, but mostly in the northern part. Between February and November it has chilly nights and warm days. It gets REALLY hot through March and May. Between June and October it is drenching from monsoons.
