The mountain regions in India are mostly around its border but the biggest is Arunachal, which is the biggest out of the eastern states. Nagaland is more of the tropical mountain region and includes cane and a thick forest. Meghalaya meaning home of the clouds is one of the highest mountain regions. Manipur is another one of the highest mountain regions in India.
